Dec Military Officer (Active) / National Guard of Republic of Cyprus, Life Coach, Author
I work in the National Guard of the Republic of Cyprus since 1994. I’ve been authorized by the Ministry of
Defence to work as a Volunteer Life Coach, offering my services with selfless love, on a non-profit basis to
anyone who requests it with priority to people with rare diseases.
I’ve been a member of EMCC Cyprus since January 2020 as a Life Coach (Practitioner Accredited by EMCC),with more than 400 hours of coaching. I am also a member (Executive Member) of the Hellenic Institute of Coaching. My area of expertise is goal setting, time and anxiety management, encouragement, confidence and self-esteem building, and modification-development of patterns of behaviors and habits
(neuroplasticity of the brain). As an ΝLP Practitioner and an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Μaster Practitioner I use evidence-based and neuroscience techniques.
